Welcome back!

Welcome back blogdrive!  I totally get withdrawal symptoms when the blog is not working.  Not good for my soul.

We had cricket practise again tonight.  My dad did a lot of research and made a nice list of things we have to teach the kiddies.  Two of the moms I asked to help us out last week pitched up and it went much better.  Hopefully the kids enjoyed it.  I tend to get a bit strict when the kids go off doing something else, instead of listening to what I'm trying to teach them.  However, we did make lots of jokes.  I cheered them on when they got someone out or hit a good shot.  We actually laughed a lot.

It's my MIL's 61st birthday today, so we ended up going there after karate practise tonight.  The kids loved it, as their Ouma Net had all the food they love: olives, feta cheese, biltong sandwiches, boiled eggs.  They were in foodie heaven.  Of course she also had her famous cakes.  Yip, they left with happy tummies.

It is supposed to be Spring two days.  Currently it is 46.4 degree Fahrenheit.  Okay it is 9pm but sure not spring weather.  Hopefully it will improve a lot before the 1st!

Wow, for some reason I thought you would be warmer than us. We enjoyed beautiful weather today.
I always enjoy reading your posts so it's not just you who gets the withdrawal symptoms!!
I also wanted to let you know that I've started a blogsite that I write for my students but that you are welcome to visit. You might enjoy it and to be honest, my students want to see a lot of red dots popping up on our world map. LOL

All the hassle with blogdrive??? Why not try out wordpress.com. It even allows you to migrate your entire blog to wordpress without losing anything ... give it a try and let me know

I agree - there is no indication that its nearly spring... its so cold; its as if winter has just started.

I hate it when Blogdrive is down. I go into withdrawal. I need my daily fix of "Super Mom" - reading your blog thoughts are part of my morning log on routine.

Olives...yum Jade and Aimee also LOVE olives, biltong and cheeze.

Good to see you again here. Missed your blog!
Great to know cricket went well.
Olives and feta cheese don't sound like typical kids' food. But who said your boys are typical, hey?

I can see we live in two different worlds. Cricket practice in Oklahoma means avoiding the bugs jumping in the yard.

Love your blog and your thoughts.
